The Question, Episode 88 – #You’re Fired

Episode 88 is a hodgepodge of tangents! We discuss ill-tempered badgers, new phones, and a break in the weather and that’s all before we get to our Question – Should people be subject to discipline by their employers because of their social media activity?
Next week, we dig deep and ask a philosophical Question: If you were allowed only one question to determine the character of a person, what question would you ask them, and why?
We’d want to hear what you have to say! You can send e-mail to thequestionpodcast (at) gmail (dot) com, or you can leave us a message on The Question Line at (347) 9ASKUS9 ( (347) 927-5879 ). The Question, Episode 82 – All I Want

Episode 82 takes a heavier than intended turn as we ask the Question: What do yo want out of the year 2015? We discuss job security (or lack thereof), politics, and the decline of polite social discourse.

Next week, to lighten things up a bit (or to go as low as we possibly can – you decide) we’ve decided to go in a completely ridiculous direction. Next week, the Question is: What is your best fart story?

The Question, Episode 81 – Facebook Frenemies

In Episode 81, we turn to social media and Facebook in particular to ask the Question: What’s the best approach for dealing with Facebook friends whose views and opinions are consistently in opposition to your own?

We also have a What Do You Think of That Article that’s a real gas, and stories of dragons, scents, and waxy cats. Next week, we’re asking a simple Question, and you can take it how you like: What do you want from the year 2015?

The Question, Episode 68 – Broad Brush Strokes

Though delayed, Episode 68 has finally arrived! This week, we have a brief bit of chat, but for the sake of brevity in the face of a fairly weighty discussion, we bypass 3 Questions and What Do You Think of That and go straight into our Question at hand: Do we let the media unfairly paint our perceptions of other places and their people, and if so, why do we allow it?

Next week, we’ll be tackling a much lighter Question, but one that’s still sure to inspire angst and rage in the hearts and minds of many: What do you do when you’re with someone at the movies, and they won’t keep quiet?? I know a lot of our listeners are big-time movie fans, so this should be a fun one!

Next week, we test your honesty with the Question: If a shop makes an error in your favor, do you bring it to their attention?
